| 内容記述 | 背景 新任保健師は, 社会状況の変化と複雑かつ専門的になった住民の健康課題への対応に困難や戸惑いを感じている.目的 新任保健師の就職前の仕事に対するイメージの変化と仕事への思いを明らかにする.方法 新任保健師12名に対し, 半構造的面接法によるインタビューを行った. インタビュー内容は, 就業前の仕事のイメージと現実の仕事で異なった点や驚いた点と, 仕事への思いである. 仕事のイメージの変化と仕事への思いを抽出し, 類似性からコード, サブカテゴリ, カテゴリに質的帰納的に分析した. 結果 新任保健師のイメージの変化は, 【個人および集団への保健活動】, 【地域への保健活動】, 【行政に関わる保健活動】の3カテゴリであった. 新任保健師の仕事への思いは, 【仕事への負担感】, 【仕事への悩み】, 【住民に関わることへの戸惑いや不安】, 【住民と関係を構築することへの困難さ】, 【保健活動での不満足】, 【地域全体に関わることへの困難さ】, 【保健師としての喜び】, 【保健師への心がまえ】の8カテゴリであった. 結論 新任保健師の仕事のイメージの変化と仕事への思いは, 保健師養成教育と就職機関で現任教育の必要性が示唆された. | |||||||

| 内容記述 | Background Novice public health nurses experience difficulty and confusion in responding to changes in social situations and to residents' complicated and specialized health problems.Objective We clarified changes in images and thoughts regarding work in novice public health nurses before being employed.Methods A semi-structured interview was conducted with 12 novice public health nurses. The interview content included different and surprising points between the image of the work before employment and the real work as well as the thoughts about the work. Changes in the image thoughts about the work were extracted. A qualitative-inductive analysis was conducted by creating code, category, and subcategory from the similarities.Results We found 3 categories of image changes in novice public health nurses :【health-care activity for individuals and population】,【health-care activity for the community,】and【government-related health-care activity】; 8 categories of thoughts about work were found in novice public health nurses :【feeling strain over work】,【worry over work】,【confusion and anxiety over residents-related matters】,【difficulty building connection with residents】,【unhappy with health-care activity】,【difficulty in whole region-related matters】,【happiness as a nurse】 and 【readiness as a nurse】.Conclusion This study showed the importance of training and in-service education at the employment institution in relation to changes in image and thoughts about work in novice public health nurses. | |||||||
