 note = {目的　実習指導を委譲された看護師の，実習指導に関する学習ニード，受けた教育，受けたい教育の実態と対象者の特性や背景別にその特徴を明らかにする．
方法　近畿圏内の指導者講習を受講しないまま実習指導を委譲された看護師を対象とし，実習指導者用学習ニードを測定する尺度を用いた自記式質問紙調査法を行った．
結果　分析対象は回答が得られた243人（回収率33.8％）のうちの226人（有効回答率93.0％）であった．対象者は，経験年数や年代にかかわらず，また看護ケアの場面から実習指導者の代行まで幅広く指導を行っていた．学習ニードは実習指導者と同程度であり，基本的には年齢や指導経験が増すにつれ高まり，またプリセプター経験があること，ケア場面や実習指導者の代行を行う看護師は，行っていない看護師よりも学習ニードが高かった．
考察　実習指導に関する教育を提供するにあたり，経験や年齢を含め全ての看護師に対応し，またその役割や立場に応じた教育の必要性が示唆された．, Purpose　The purpose of this study was to clarify the actual status of learning needs, education received, and education desired by nurses who have been entrusted with clinical practicum teaching, as well as relationship of these needs and educations to nurses’ characteristics and backgrounds.
Method　Nurses in the Kinki region who were delegated to teach clinical practicum without having attended a training course for instructors were asked to participate in a self-administered questionnaire survey that utilized a scale to measure learning needs of clinical practicum instructors.
Results　The analysis was conducted on 226 participants (valid response rate: 93.0%) out of the 243 who responded to the survey (response rate: 33.8%). Regardless of their years of experience or age, the participants had experience in wide range of instructions from hands-on nursing care to acting as practicum supervisors. Their learning needs were similar to those of formal clinical practicum instructors; overall, the learning needs increased with age and teaching experience. In addition, nurses who had experience in precepting, teaching hands-on nursing care, or acting as practicum supervisors had higher needs for learning than those who did not.
Discussion　In providing education to nurses who are involved in clinical practicum instructions without receiving formal educational courses, it was suggested that establishing an education system that is appropriate for all nurses including various years of experiences, ages, roles and positions would be necessary.},
