A県内の行政機関に就職した新任期1年目保健師(以下、新人保健師)を対象に個別支援能力の育成のための研修を実施している。目的 新人保健師の個別支援事例レポートから、(1)個別・家族についてのアセスメント、(2)支援の実施、(3)社会資源の活用の3項目の学びを明らかにした。方法 保健師初任者研修会参加の新人保健師16名の学びについて質的内容分析を行った。結果および考察 個別・家族支援についてのアセスメントと支援の実施の記述量は多く、社会資源の活用の記述量は少なかった。新人保健師は、対象者を生活者として捉え、適切に情報収集するための準備の必要性、支援目標を明確にし、支援を工夫する必要性を学習していた。新人保健師は、家庭訪問前後の上司や先輩への相談により、保健師の役割を意識させること、家庭訪問記録の整理において、社会資源の活用に視点を向けられるような支援が必要である。結論
